All what was said in the Old Testament was fulfilled in the New Testament. So you are all called to believe in Me and to follow Me and you will be in the New Testament, which I brought to you

We had a mostly cloudy day yesterday but we did not have any rain. It was above 20 degrees Celsius the whole day.

Contrast with the Old Testament

A reading from Saint Paul’s Second Letter to the Corinthians (2 Cor 3 :7-18):

Now if the ministry of death, carved in letters on stone, was so glorious that the Israelites could not look intently at the face of Moses because of its glory that was going to fade, how much more will the ministry of the Spirit be glorious? For if the ministry of condemnation was glorious, the ministry of righteousness will abound much more in glory. Indeed, what was endowed with glory has come to have no glory in this respect because of the glory that surpasses it. For if what was going to fade was glorious, how much more will what endures be glorious.

Therefore, since we have such hope, we act very boldly and not like Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the Israelites could not look intently at the cessation of what was fading. Rather, their thoughts were rendered dull, for to this present day the same veil remains unlifted when they read the old covenant, because through Christ it is taken away. To this day, in fact, whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their hearts, but whenever a person turns to the Lord the veil is removed. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. All of us, gazing with unveiled face on the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, as from the Lord who is the Spirit.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“You should be thankful that now you live in the time of the New Testament, My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who believe in Me today. The Old Testament was only a preparation for the New Testament. They Jews were told that one day the Messiah would come and they had to pray for His coming. Those who followed the Old Testament were the Israelites and only these people. The people living in other countries had never heard of the Old Testament, but when I came I told the Apostles that the New Testament was for all the people of the world. The Old Testament was built on the Law of God, but the New Testament was built on love of God and love of neighbor.

“I came as your Lord and Savior to bring you out of darkness into the light and to take away your sins and to give you the graces and strength to follow Me every day and to avoid evil. All what was said in the Old Testament was fulfilled in the New Testament. So you are all called to believe in Me and to follow Me and you will be in the New Testament, which I brought to you. In the New Testament what is important is the person that brought you this new life. I am the person who inaugurated the New Testament and I am the person who works with you to follow Me and one day to bring you to your heavenly home.I bless you all. ”
